Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout for all Soral products. International shipments may be subject to additional fees (customs fees, taxes, tariffs etc.) which are not included in the shipping rate calculated at checkout. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer to satisfy. All Soral products generally take between 10-14 days to arrive. You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order has been processed along with an separate email from DHL (our shipping method of choice) containing your order tracking number.

As online shopping reaches peaks never before seen, unexpected delays may occur from time to time, and we kindly ask for your patience as we fulfil your orders as quickly as possible.

Returns

In the event a product has arrived damaged, we will be glad to provide a replacement on a case-by-case basis. All returns must be sent at the cost of the buyer within 15 calendar days of purchase, along with photographic proof of damage, and a copy of the receipt from the original sale. Exchanges

In the event that you have ordered the wrong size, we will be happy to provide a exchange on a case-by-case basis. Shipping

If an order has been lost in transit, or if an order has been returned to us due to an incorrect address provided to us, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping the items. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
